1. Agreement to Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between the Client (“you”) and Butter Studio, operated by colorful vision, a sole proprietorship registered in Japan and owned by Dominic Ingram. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ownership of Materials

• All original design work created by Butter Studio for you (“Projects”) belongs to you once full payment is received, and you own the copyright to these deliverables.
• Butter Studio retains ownership of all preliminary work, concepts, and materials not used or finalized, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You warrant that any materials you provide to us for use in Projects do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property of Butter Studio Website and Content

• All content on the Butter Studio website (https://butterbutter.co), including design, copy, images, graphics, methodologies, and downloadable materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Butter Studio (operated by colorful vision).
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or use any part of our website content or methodologies for commercial purposes without express prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or scraping of our materials may result in legal action.
